Air Shower (Personal & Material)

An Air Shower is specifically designed to deliver Class 100 HEPA-filtered air at high velocity, efficiently removing particulate matter from individuals entering a cleanroom. While you might encounter air showers in non-cleanroom environments, their importance is significantly amplified in cleanrooms.

This Air Shower self-contained air chamber is strategically placed at the entrance of cleanrooms to reduce the amount of particulate contaminants entering the controlled environment. As personnel pass through the air shower, high-velocity HEPA-filtered air jets wash away contaminants. With air speeds reaching up to 6000 FPM, these jets ensure thorough scrubbing, effectively eliminating particulate matter.

Contaminated air is then drawn through the base unit, filtered, and recirculated within the chamber, maintaining a clean and controlled air environment.
